  • Loan amounts up to $3 million
  • Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) as low as 0.80
  • Eligible for purchases, rate/term refinances, and cash-out refinances
  • Unlimited financed properties allowed
  • Minimum of 6 months’ reserves required
  • Prepayment penalties with three different options
  • Two appraisals required for loans over $2 million
  • Loan terms: 15, 20, or 30 years
